The Ron Clark Academy

The Ron Clark Academy is a SACS/CASI accredited, highly acclaimed, nonprofit middle school in Southeast Atlanta that promotes innovation and engages its students through energetic teaching balanced by a strict code of discipline. The school has received both national and international recognition for its success in educating  its students and promoting academic rigor, passion, creativity, and increased student engagement in the classroom. Its 5th-8th graders represent various socio-economic and academic backgrounds and communities from across the metro region.

The Program of Research and Evaluation for Public Schools (PREPS), Inc.

The Program of Research and Evaluation for Public Schools (PREPS), Inc. is a private non-profit consortium of school districts whose purpose is to develop and implement educational products and services that help manage and support districts’ efforts to demonstrate improvement in their instructional programs. PREPS is supported by the College of Education at Mississippi State University and is housed in the Center for Educational Partnerships, the service division of the college. Collaboration among member districts enables the districts to benefit from the development of products and services that no single district is capable of developing alone.

Text Project

TextProject, Inc. is a non-profit corporation founded in 2010 in the state of California. It formalizes a decade-plus of ongoing work by its founder, president and CEO Elfrieda H. (Freddy) Hiebert, to bring beginning and struggling readers to high levels of literacy through a variety of strategies and tools, particularly the texts used for reading instruction.
