The number of CUs determines the maximum number of students that can simultaneously connect to Reading Plus®. CUs have two component costs: license and web hosting. A Reading Plus® license fee is a one-time, permanent purchase. Web hosting fees, which are paid annually, provide 24/7 access to CUs from anywhere with Internet access and include unlimited technical support. In addition, web hosting fees include seamless delivery of all Reading Plus® updates and upgrades.

Students are enrolled in individual courses which provide unlimited use of Reading Plus® for up to four months. Courses may be purchased by your institution and assigned to students, or resold through a campus bookstore. Courses don’t expire and can be used at anytime. The four month time limit on each course begins when a student is enrolled into the course through the Reading Plus® management system. Courses provide institutions the flexibility to purchase what they need, when they need it. Reading Plus® course costs vary depending on the volume of courses that are purchased.
