RPA™ Reading Placement Appraisal is the first step for students as they enter the Reading Plus® System. This assessment determines each student’s independent reading level, reading rate, and vocabulary level and prescribes the instructional programs and content levels that will be most beneficial for each student’s individual needs.

| VISAGRAPH™ III (Optional) The Visagraph™ is a silent reading fluency assessment system that provides a detailed measurement of the efficiency of students' foundational fluency skills which determine the effectiveness of all reading activities. |

PAVE™ Develops perceptual accuracy/visual efficiency, the basic requisites for fluent silent reading.

WORD MEMORY™ Builds automaticity in word recognition of core vocabulary and visual functional proficiency. These are basic prerequisites for the development of fluent reading.
